Who would have guessed that a simple plea for ....1 million dollars would turn out to be a success ! Yes this is true.
Craig Rowin , a 26 year old comedian from New York, had a dream of making $1 million. So he used YouTube to make his plea “Please give me one million dollars”.
His videos, which are online since last November, depict Rowin’s cry for cash to all millionaires of the world. His request simple "give me one million dollars and I will owe you nothing in return".
After numerous videos in just a few months Rowin found a millionaire from New York who will give him the money in person on February 2nd, live on stage at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City, where Rowin, a comedian, often performs.
Rowin will be giving $50,000 to his cameraman and $50,000 to the co-writer of the video series, and with the rest he will buy a new DVD player....among other things.
So one thing is for sure..........you'll never know until you asked.......so start asking !
